Problem: when connected in station mode or directly VNC reports “Connection refused”.
Solutions Tried:
Reset network settings on Seestar - didn’t work.
Remove Seestar from router - didn’t work.
Change Seestar IP on router - didn’t work.
Scanned all open ports on Seestar - doesn’t show port 4554 as available.

FWIW, RTSP uses UDP so it won't show up as an open port in a port scan. I've gotten it to work with VLC player, but I think maybe only the sun/moon/planet mode, not while stargazing (as it can't really stream while doing long exposures).
Daemn42 yeah I filed a ticket and their suggestion was to try a different mode, will try that tonight.
Daemn42 fortunately it doesn't have to use UDP. I am streaming RTSP over TCP quite successfully. The RTSP stream is NOT accessible while doing deep sky, only lunar and solar.
