Issues connecting to EQ6 Pro

Hi.

I’ve recently bought the ASI Air Plus and am having issues connecting it to my Skywatcher EQ6 Pro (Not EQ6 R Pro) mount.

I am using a FTDI EQDIR (DB9 to USB) cable connected to my Hand Control port on the mount and to a USB 2 port on the ASI Air.

I have tried other accessories in the USB port and all connect without a problem. The Synscan Hand controller also works fine when plugged into the mount.

I have tried selecting EQMod Mount and all Baud rates. I have also tried all sky watcher options on the mount menu.

Is there something I’m missing?

Is there a way I could test the cable?

Connect the cable to a PC instead of the ASIAir.

Snowyo Did ASIAIR detect the serial connected before you tap the connect button?
I tried to get some port information on your mount and Hand control, but no luck, could you share some picture with me? thanks

Just to confirm - is your ASIAIR Plus running firmware 2.1-10.74 ?

And do you have the 32GB or 256GB version of the ASIAIR Plus?

Are you powering the mount from its own power supply (I.e. not from one of the ASIAIR power outlets)? Is it powered on?

After you select EQMOD Mount as the mount type and baud rate 9600 did you enable it by moving the slider next to the mount selection drop down?

I have the 256gb

I power the mount via an external Bluetti power pack.

Yes. I have been sliding over the bit to start mount connection.
