Android SDK and Open Source

ZWO, please consider open sourcing the SDK or releasing some protocol documentation if the Android SDK is not a priority anymore. The community will continue to improve the ecosystem and ensure compatibility with newer Android releases. If some parts of the SDK can't be shared, keep these in a separate library as many commercial products are doing.

It isn't clear what do you mean "you can compile it by yourself"

Do you release sources of the SDK? Anyway I 2nd on importance of SDK. OpenLiveStacker an Android based EAA app I develop and release supports ASI, ToupTek cameras, DSLR , USB Video Class and QHY is planned.

So keeping Android SDK - at least stuff like nightly builds that can be tested by developers is highly critical.

@artik the SDK source code is not available and they kindly told us that Android support is over. They probably mean that reverse engineering and re-compiling is the way to go if I understood correctly.
