You can test whether or not you need to turn DST off manually for your Android/Apple device running the ASIAIR App.
It would be appear for some they don't but for others they do.
Make sure the Android/Apple device has its location information set as you would normally - time (DST on i.e. set by the network), date, location.
When you first turn on the ASIAIR and connect to it with the ASIAIR App - check the lat, long information. Make sure it is right.
Then, when you get into it, go to the Mount/Telescope settings and check the information under Mount Info. Is the Lat/Long info correct? Is the date correct? Is the time one hour behind your current time (DST Off) or is it the same as y your device (DST On).
Now test what happens when you press "Sync to Mount". Does anything change? Lat, Long, date, time (DST Off/DST On)?
If the time isn't correct after pressing Sync to Mount - i.e. it is showing DST time and not the required non-DST time - then you know you need to run the test again from the start with the Android/Apple device set up with the time set manually and DST turned off (so your Android/Apple device will be on non-DST).
