Can't detect a UPBv2 controller

Hi (I'm french so sorry for my english☺)
I use 533MC through a Pegasus Power box V2 to a Nuc
I have this error : Can't detect a UPBv2 controller and another with something like "the last peripheric is not recognized
If I put another camera, 462MC no problem
If I connect directely the 533 to the Nuc, no problem !
Can you help me ?

joel76 Can you please connect it to a windows computer and check the device manager to see if there is a new device appears after you connect it? the name may not be correct.
