My 3-year-old ZWO ASI2600mc pro camera is producing green images, which cannot be corrected, and I have found other customers with the same issue. Unfortunately, it seems that the other customers never did get this issue fixed. I really don't want to send off my camera to be repaired or replaced and never hear from ZWO again. Does anyone have a suggestion for contacting customer service and actually getting some answers. I did contact a person at customer service and sent an image through google download of my green image problem. Simon said he couldn't download it and so I resent it and asked if there was another way to send it to him and I haven't heard another word after waiting about a week. This is very frustrating and I am beginning to believe the rumors about poor customer service from ZWO. I have many of their products and haven't had any bad issues with them until now.
