AstroImg@ZWO Sure, please consider this, we need TCor Bor in SkyAtlas, and we need it now, before it goes boom, nobody will care about it after. But what about the next interesting target, and the next one and then the next? Will we have to ask each time for it to be added and you will tell us each time that you will consider it? And then maybe do it? Or not?
What about adding a RA/Dec GoTo function, which would address all these future requests? It should be trivial to do, most likely simpler than adding just one particulr search target.
And please stop replying with these canned "Thank yoi for your suggestion, we will consider your idea" thing, it is condescending, especialyy when the same requests accumulate over time and nothing happens. I am sure that it is not your intention, but after seeing that answer over and over, it sounds more like "We want you to think we care about what you are saying, but we really don't, just go away". It is obvious no human is actually typing these messages, at the most someone pushes a button to paste a precanned message. I think everybody here would appreciate a true answer and dialog from ZWO, these canned answers are counter productive and insincere.
Just a friendly suggestion for improving your relation with your customers. But please, do not reply with "Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider your idea" ;-) No reply is better than an insincere, canned one.
