This is just a general suggestions, but if each of the cameras, focusers, filter wheels, mounts, ASIAir etc. all used USB-C with PD (Power Delivery) rather than USB plus 12V connection, the number of cables required for a complete setup could be greatly reduced.
For example, this USB-C PD hub provides up to 60W for each of four ports plus 60W for the host (ASIAir etc.). I haven't found any ASI Cooled cameras that require more than 12v@3A (36W), well within the 60W available on each port.
I could imagine a system this way having one 240W power supply and then one USB-C cable going to each device. I would suggest using the Screw-Lock USB-C spec to allow cables to be less prone to accidental pull-out.
This would be a major redesign of all devices, except the newer guide cameras that already use USB-C, but I think the added simplicity to a setup would be appreciated.
