Vertical lines issue with ASI120mm

Hi Sam,

I purchased my ASI120mm camera last year here in Melbourne from the local dealer. It has been a great camera.

However. I am now getting vertical banding with the camera.

Please see attached.

I have not changed anything with the camera - same laptop, cables, software etc.

Can you advise on what might be causing this and how to overcome the issue?

this problem may caused by too short exposure such like 64us

you can try to increase the exposure time and decrease gain to solve this problem
