Jammed/Stuck Azimuth lock on AM5

Hi. My AM5 recently arrived and I just unboxed it today to try it out. I have a small issue with the mount. One of the Azimuth locks (on the right side) is jammed/stuck. I cannot move it at all. The left azimuth lock however works perfectly normally. Is there a way I can get it unstuck? Are there any instructions on how to safely unlock it? Thank you

I assumed you noticed the lock/unlock direction.
There is a lock logo shows you how to lock/unlock.

Problem solved - unlocked but turning it anticlockwise but it was fairly jammed on one side on delivery. I have read others had this issue. Some people had success with WD40 but one person had unfortunately stripped the bolt trying to unjam it.
