Load driver software

I recently purchased an ASI 662 camera. The older ZWO driver on my mount-control-computer will not interface, a new ZWO driver is required. This mount-control-computer does never connect to the internet.

Is there an alternative means to install the required new driver software on this stand-alone computer?

Can you download it in another computer, transfer it to a flash drive, and use that to install the drivers?
