Asiair app install on android Samsung S22 ultra

I have downloaded the asiair app (ASIAIR_v2.1.2_11.01.apk). I have downloaded it to downloads folder on the phone from the zwi website, but plg install keeps saying App not installed.

I have my files enabled for "install unknown apps".

Pls help, is there any other way of installing?
