Brand new 2600mm Pro bought from Testar dealer here in Australia. Camera operates briefly, then downloads fail and when you reconnect to the camera it reads Temp 0.0 and you cannot take an image with it. Cycling the power and USB does nothing.
Apparently the dealer has to get your approval to replace it. Why is that? I paid good money for something that did not work on receipt. I have tested it thoroughly, different power supplies, different USB cables, different USB ports, all fail.
last time I buy ZWO. How disappointing.
