Nikon Z8 Problem after Firmware update of Asiair Plus

When i perform a Review the image looks very distorted.
I also did a short Autorun of 5 images and they all are distorted.
The problem occurs on both of my Asiairs Plus.
My ZWO Asi2600mc has no issues and connects normally.

DutchAstro Is the problem appear with V2.1.4 app?
Could you enable the 'save the images to DSLR simultaneously' option and check if the images are fine in NIKON Z8? thanks.

DutchAstro Just wondering - are you using 2.1.5-11.08 firmware?

And you are using the settings as noted in the manual here: https://www.yuque.com/zwopkb/asiair/dslr-ml-connections

Was there ever a resolution on this issue? I was trying to connect a Nikon Z8 tonight to an ASIAir Plus and having the exact same issue. We tried lots of camera settings but nothing seemed to work to get a clear image to the ASIAir. Without a clear image you can't PA or plate solve... pretty useless at that point.

Just in case someone else finds this thread and has this compatibility issue. The issue was with the Nikon Z8. When saving the files as RAW... there were three sub options. Two of them were some sort of RAW with high efficiency compression. You have to set the camera to normal RAW-Lossless compress and then the ASIAir can read the files just fine. Thanks to someone on a Nikon forum for a solution.
