I am able to access via my tablet, but for some unknown reason my phone is now unable to find the S50's Wi-Fi, both devices are android and have the current version of the app installed, is anybody else having or have had this problem ?
The-Patrician You can try to long press the reset button on the bottom of the device to reset the Wi-Fi and then connect.
I tried the long press via the reset button, but for some reason the S50 will not pair with my phone via Bluetooth, it is listed but when I select pair nothing seems to happen, my various other paired but not currently active devices are listed
The-Patrician I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can try uploading device logs and have technical personnel help you troubleshoot the issue. Click on "Me" at the bottom of the Seestar App, and then click on the settings icon in the upper right corner to see the function of uploading problem logs.
I have accessed the app, selected "Me" & am unable to find the "Upload problem logs"
I have tried to find the "Error / bug" log without success, but as I am using android devices can someone explain how My s50 has an IOS file installed ?
The-Patrician You can click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the "Me" page and enter the next page to see the upload log function.
I have tried to upload a photo showing my screen, but it has failed to load, on My screen I have Language, Clear Cache, Help & Feedback, & About, :- the report Bug & My report, along with Account Security, are all missing, current software V1.20.0
The-Patrician You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and upgrading the firmware.
