retman i wish to use my ASI2600MC Pro with a sigma 40mm Art lens. does anyone have experience with doing PA and associated plate solving with very wide angle lenses?
No problem with the ART 40/1.4 and the ASI2600. Just did a plate solve on mine. Polar alignment won't be very precise, but you won't need to be, with such a wide lens.
