Have all the exact same problems as listed in this post. Rebooted everything, deleted app, restarted and nothing works. Tried to contact Highpoint Scientific, the seller of this product with no response.
I am very new to this hobby and it is very frustrating to have these issues when I had such high hopes. Please if anyone figures out what is going on, please post so we can all enjoy the product. Thank you.
