Just purchased this product, SeeStar S50 and it worked fine for a few days. Then there was a firmware update and now the scope can not find anything in the sky. It will not auto focus. Have tried the calibration functions and nothing works. Will not center any objects. It can not even find the moon when it is clear in the sky.
Tried to call Highpoint Scientific with questions, but they do not answer their phones and they say there is a chat function on their website but can not find it.
What can I do to get the scope to track and function properly? Thank you in advance.
