Problem with my seestar

I just bought this product, SeeStar S50 and the telescope can no longer find anything in the sky. Autofocus is not performed. I tried the calibration functions and nothing works. Do not center any objects. He can't even find the sun or the moon when the sky is clear. What can I do to make it work properly? Thanks in advance

The function of uploading logs is on the "Me" page. Click the settings button in the upper right corner and enter the settings page to see it.

I have the same problem. It just keeps saying 'center object not found'. I have calibrated everything that is required. Also sent the log to the support group. There is not much online on how to resolve this issue.
