EAF issues

Hi there,

I have an EAF and I think it’s causing some issues with my setup. When it’s plugged in and connected to software, I think it interrupts the camera, as I get a failure with photos. When it’s not plugged in, the system seems to work fine.

Is there a way to check this out? I was sent a pdf showing how to debug, but I tried the same technique out with the focuser and there is a different Regedit system.

mralpaca May i know how did you power the camera and connect all devices?

I powered it with the power supply that I bought with the camera. The issue has been resolved. I realized the camera would not take frames when the sensor temperature is above 20 degrees C. Once I turned on the cooler, it all worked fine.

That is strange, the Camera should take pictures regardless of temperature. Unless you started a Plan session. Then I believe Asiair is waiting until Sensor has reached target temperature.
