Sonixx I see you are using multiple Power Supplies. This is usually regarded as a no go. The different potentials of the power supplies can flow through the USB Cables/ Metal contact and can kill electronics occasionally.
With multiple supplies, just strapped the ground returns together with heavy braided wires. I have multiple supplies (in fact one is at 15 volts, because my mount prefers a higher voltage, and 13.8 volts feeding everything else), and have zero problem.
Another thing that I always do is to connect the power gound before connecting the USB cables, and always remove USB cables before removing the power cables. This way, the signal grounds will not accidentally become power return grounds, even though USB uses differential pairs. Still, it is a habit from my EE days.
