ASI071 ASI_COOLER_POWER_PERC

Hello,
Can the value of ASI_COOLER_POWER_PERC be set as well as read or is it read-only. I can read a value using
ASIGetControlValue but I get an error every time I use ASISetControlValue.?

Are there (other) read only controls e.g. ASI_TEMPERATURE?
