ASIAIR PLUS – Problems with object pointing direction and rotation buttons.

Good morning gentlemen.
I have the Asiair Plus 256Gb and the NEXSTAR SE mount (ALT/AZ... no wedge).
I have two problems.

The first thing I would like to solve is that the Up/Down and Left/Right buttons do not correspond with the movements of the hand controller, can this be fixed... and how?
The second problem is that by aligning to a star with the mount (align with Polaris) and then turning on AA+ and having Polaris resolve and confirm the pointing, when I command a goto (for example to an object to the NW) instead of going there for the most correct and shortest route, go all the way around NE/E/SE/S/SW/W) and then head for it. Is there a way to fix this too?
