Got my AA+ last week and did a test run inside my house yesterday.
I'm using a Google Pixel 7A phone with AA+ app. AA+ is mounted on a Celestron Nexstar 8SE with a Celestron AVX mount. Have camera hooked up tp AA+.
I did the initial setup, turn on AA+ and select AA+ on my phone wifi settings and use password.
Go to the AA+ app. Once on the main screen it says, "ASIAIR not found". I hit scan and still the same message.
Check the unit and it says AA+ is on, WiFi is good, system is operating properly. Not sure what else there is to do. While driving into work tonight I was wondering is my VPN can be causing a problem?
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Gazers Turn VPN off then try again.

If that doesn't work - make sure you also turn off Mobile Data - then try again.

If that doesn't work - leave VPN off and Mobile Data off - then go to Wi-Fi Settings on the phone and Forget the ASIAIR network.

Restart (not shut down, but press and hold power button > restart) the phone.

Once it starts back up again - make sure VPN and Mobile Data are both off - and then connect to the ASIAIR Wi-Fi.

You'll get a message about their being no internet. You want to make sure you choose to always stay connected. That way the phone doesn't try to auto switch to your home Wi-Fi (or any other Wi-Fi your phone has remembered and is in range of) in order to connect to Wi-Fi with internet access.

Have you completed the activation process (ASIAIR Plus online manual reference here: https://www.yuque.com/zwopkb/air_plus/dxqbru)? If not - you'll be prompted to do that when connecting to the ASIAIR Plus for the first time. You'll need to turn on Mobile Data to get the code then turn off Mobile Data again.

It was my VPN. I thought about that the other night and paused it. AA+ is working fine now.
      Thanks for your reply!
