I’ve just installed the AA+ and it works fine with my iPhone, but even though the iPad can SEE the wifi, and connect to it, when I click on “Enter device” it says ASIAIR not found and wont connect. Am I missing something?

Please check if the network authorization permissions are enabled for the app. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try deleting the app and reinstalling it, making sure to allow all necessary permissions during the installation process.
