ASI 174MM first indoors tests ...

ASI 174MM has arrived ... without any problems. It is a really ... huge "webcam" :)

I would like to know what kind/brand of photographic lenses can be readily installed for wide fields and /or high speed usage ?

Examples in Firecapture of just seen max high speed readings with 7Links super speed 5 m active USB3 cable :

1936 x 1216 @ 143 fps

1920 x 1080 @ 166 fps

1920 x 800 @ 222 fps

1920 x 600 @ 285 fps

1280 x 480 @ 400 fps

1280 x 400 @ 500 fps

1280 x 300 @ 666 fps

1280 x 200 @ 1000 fps

1280 x 100 @ 2000 fps

that's good news it can run though 5 meters cable

the fps are promising

you can use "C lens" if you have our "M42-CS" adapter which come with ASI120
