On 8/13/2024 I ordered a Moter & PCB for the EAF 5V, My payment methopd was accepted, but I have heard nothing from them. I have sent multiple emails to support@zwoptical.com thier response has been they have requested the sales team to respond, but that is not happenning. Doe someone now who I cancontact to get this issue resolved?
I paid $90 for the part & $30 for S&H (if I finally get it, it better be in a gold box for $30 S&H). The warranty expired on 8/7 , the unit quit working 8/5. I was in upper Canada until 8/10 where I had no cell services and could not contact them. I was told since I did not contact them until 8/11 that the warranty had expired. The only non-ZWO equiptment I have is my scope.
