I bought it from China about 7 weeks ago, My s30 which i have had 7 days has been doing this since yesturday day 6. so many factory resets i have tried. Every time i connect it says "The network is abnormal, please try again. I everntually get it going via bluetooth data, personal hotspot but no internet on my phone works while the seestar app seems to work ok. It opens and shows me stargazing objects but too cloudy tonight to try it out. Arm works fine.
Once i shut S30 down then my internet and phone run normal- then my seestar 'Community and Nearby start to work again as well as rest of internet on phone. I have just messeged ZWO to see if they know whats wrong? Now i just wait till someone can help me. Not sure if its the 2.4 or 5g or station mode problem or some app or corrupt data within the system. I copied and paste the email receipt here. My phone number doesnt work in your country.
