ASI 294 MC Pro Cooling Problem

Recently, my ASI 294 MC Pro camera has stopped cooling down. It always worked with a temperature of -18C, but now it does not cool down, the temperature remains +26C.
I suspect that the peltier element is out of order. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me which one is there so that I can change it to a new one.

SFDgxzzs The TEC module is fixed via glue, so we recommend to ship back to the seller for repair.

I can repair the camera myself, I need to know what kind of peltier is in this model. The telescope with the camera is in the mountains, 1,500 kilometers away from me, and I will only have a week there to do everything. I wanted to prepare in advance so that I could have the right part with me.

The other thing is the parts on motherboard may also cause the similar problem, so not sure the problem can be solved after replacing the TEC.

Tech@ZWO It turned out that the peltier element was working, and the problem was a faulty thermistor. I do not know what the nominal value of the thermistor is, but I have already ordered 10 kOhms, I will test it.

I replaced the thermistor with a new 10 kOhm and everything worked! The current temperature in the room shows the correct one, compared with the readings of the ASI1600MC camera.
The idea of a faulty thermistor was prompted by the fact that at some point the temperature readings became +98 degrees Celsius and higher. After opening the camera, it turned out that the Peltier element works, cools.
I hope my experience will be useful for someone.
