When I take an image in the Bin 1 setting I get a color image shown on the screen. When I changed to Bin 2, I only get black and white images? Is this normal? Is the color data still there? Thank you.
homac please check if the monobin has been enabled in advance settings
Not unless they changed something but usually a bayer matrix will only work with 1x1.
Typical behavior with cameras I have used, for the reason given by deans above.
