Focusing problems with Seestar s50

Hi all!
I'm having a problem with my Seestar, it has worked flawlessly for the months I've had it, but yesterday after taking some photos of the moon, it suddenly can't focus on anything anymore. It seems to be stuck in deep space mode and moon pictures turn out like light blobs so much so you can't even recognize that it's the moon or any object at all in thr picture, scenery pics are very very blurry. I lost tracking of the moon because I moved the Seestar when shadows from trees were in the way, and after that it couldn't focus anymore. Please see attached pictures.

I've tried turning it on and off again, doing the whole reconnection thing with the reset and network although I don't think that would matter, not sure how to do a factory reset though.

Any and all help is appreciated!

I would try to use the manual focus and set it to some random value and see if the focus changes. The manual focus can be enabled by pressing the "..." dots in the upper right corner. Turn on "MF" then you should be able to adjust the focus. If not maybe @ZWO has some better ideas on how to proceed.

LA3QMA I tried manually focusing but it's not making a difference, I'm afraid to have broken something, will try deep space tonight and see if I can get it to focus there at least, but otherwise I'd like to try a factory reset, not sure where or how that's done though😅

Syzygi was worth a try i guess. The reset procedure im not sure what it actually does. but short press on the reset button resets the WiFi. long press is factory default.

do remember to take a backup of all your images.

Hi, I saw your image and I think it's the Seestar not aligned with the moon and staying near it, which is usually when the compass is disturbed.
You could try a different landscape shot, it looks like the trunk is obscured by some other foliage.

goto a deep sky object in stargazing mode and see if you can focus it successfully.
Then you goto the moon, and when the moon is in the frame
Then you exit stargazing mode and go into solar system mode to take the picture.
