Software glitches between AsiAirPro and Vixen Starbook 10

Hi, myself and a couple of other Vixen mount owners have a similar issue with a software glitch between AAP and Star book 10

During auto run, the guiding graph will freeze. The guide camera icon will then grey out (but no disconnection notice).
The mount icon will then grey out and tracking will stop. The main camera remains connected and shooting

This requires reconnection of guide camera and mount from drop down menus, restart of tracking, and restart of guiding, then go- to back to target. This can happen once to three times a session, no pattern, random.

It is not power, cables, WiFi related. We all have good power supplies, aftermarket cables, secured etc

It is certainly a software issue between AAP and SB10, either driver or Comms

Pariah Hello. You can get the log by long pressing the icon and send it to the following email address: luffy.liu@zwoptical.com.
We need to analyze the problem through the log, provided that your ASIAIR box is not shut down after encountering the error, otherwise the log will be overwritten.
