AM5N thru power fails every 30-45 minutes momentarily

I recently purchased one of the new AM5N mount. I have struggled since I first got it, wondering if my new ASIAIR was cycling itself off or losing power on the thru mount 12 V power supply. I have isolated it to absolutely the thru mount power supply glitching for a millisecond occasionally causing the ASIAIR to reboot and kill my Plan imaging. I now have to use two supplies like I do on my regular AM5.

The thru USB is perfect.

Any thoughts or similar struggles?

I assume you try to wiggle your cabling and connectors to exclude the possibility of „external“ problem. Some of these 12v Power plugs are of trgic low quality. The ones supplied by ZWO I found very reliable though.

If this does not help, check connection AA directly to same power source you were using. If it still happens, it is the power supply or AA fault.
