I received a new ASI2600MC Air this week and was doing system checks today. I have found a potential issue with my unit, but I'm new to the system, so I wanted to verify. I connected two Dew Not strips via a Zwo DC Y splitter to the DC port on the back of the unit, but I'm not seeing the DC output ports registered in the power section of the Asiair app. I tried connecting them to both output ports with multiple restarts and checked with different app installs on my MacBook and iPhone, but to no avail. I'm unsure if something else is going on that might prevent the ports from registering in the app. Any help would be appreciated. Hoping this is a dumb user (me) error.

App Version: 2.2.2(40.69)
Firmware: 40.69

Apologies in advance if this is not the correct forum for posting questions about end-user issues.

steelthread changed the title to ASI2600MC Air - DC Output ports.

One more tidbit of info: the power, while sitting idle, registers 12V with a pretty low amp draw (.7 - .9). Add to that, the dew strips are warm, so the output works; I just don't have a way to control it.

I'm fairly certain the MC Air is base on an ASIAIR Mini.

In this case the power ports when working as outputs will just be On with no way to adjust them.

I was coming to that realization. That's unfortunate; I missed that fine print. Back to the dealer it goes.

I want to voice my dissatisfaction with the fact that this feature is not in the product. While it may seem like I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, the promise of an all-in-one ZWO I was being sold was missed. I was eager to get into the ZWO ecosystem, unsure now.

The part that bothers me the most is I feel a bit hoodwinked. I could have missed the fine print; that's on me, but on the product page, the marketing material includes an image of the plus. That's dishonest and misleading to consumers—I apologize for the rant.
