I’m reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with my AM5 mount. While I was at a dark site yesterday, I accidentally moved the azimuth knob to the extreme left without realizing it had already reached its limit. Unfortunately, this caused the azimuth stop screw to break 😕
I’d appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Is there a way to replace the stop screw by replacing the bottom black plate or would I need further repairs? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as I rely on the mount for my astrophotography sessions.
