its true the camera need lots of bandwidth, but there is place to adjust it
and this is the only way a camera can do.
I have a HEQ5 too and I connect though a USB to RS232 adapter and seems works well with ASI120 as a guider camera.
about other problems such like not frendly with hub, there comes USB3.0 camera which is very friendly with hub.
but there is still very PC won't recongize USB3.0 camera, its host problem instead of device
we can only list it out
we are trying to solve all problems customer have
but to be true, we cannot solve all
