Battery

Has anyone had to replace a battery? I can’t seem to find one on the website. Not sure if that is my problem. I used it Saturday night. Charged it Sunday went to use it Monday and it’s completely dead. Won’t except a charge. This is about 8 months old.

hushabye38 Did you try to disconnect the battery for a few seconds and then try to charge with the original usb cable (preferably not from a computer usb). And could it be that it was not powered down? I know there is an auto shutdown but i'm not sure if this only works if you are actively acquiring images.

Try holding down the power button for 10secs, then remove the battery. Next refit the battery and charge from a Power supply of at least 2.1amp capacity wait until the unit is fully charged and see if that fixes the issue. If not you may need to do a factory reset on your Seestar.

If no lights on when you power the Seestar and chrage it, this does not like a battery problem.
Long press the power button for 20 seconds and try again. if still can not power on, connect a charger that supports fast charging to Seestar, and leave for one day.
Because If the battery is in a state of loss for a long time, it takes a long charging time to recover it.
