Best budget laptop?

There seems to be as many laptops as there are hairs on my head (still a lot, but losing 'em over this). I need a USB 3.0 capable laptop with decent memory and probably an i5 processor, but I'm sort of on a budget here. It should run something like SharpCap or Firecapture (if it will ever recognize my cam) for my ASI120MC-S.

I won't go into details about how much I'll want to spend, in the end I'll spend what I have to. I just want your input on the best deal(s), that'll still let me make recordings without problems. Screen size doesn't matter.

Any advice appreciated.

The wait is over ;) Ordered a Lenovo W520 with an i7-2720QM, 8 gigz of memory, a regular spinning HD 7200 rev.s (I don't trust Sandforce controlled SSDs, which was the only SSD option), NVIDIA Quadro 1000M 2GB gpu, Win 7 home premium 64 bit. I got it from a store called refurb.dk, where you get used but shined up laptops etc. at half the price or less according to wear and tear. This laptop isn't available in our stores, it is three or four years old or so, and the market is at warp 9,5...

I think it'll be just perfect for the task. I'll probably add an external SSD, like the Samsung Portable SSD T1 MU-PS500B 500 GB, and feed recordings directly to it.
