Attach canon lens EF with C-mount lens to canon Eos

I ask the question because I have the EF75-300 canon and if I can use that as good option would be facing a Guidescope?

well save a few $, focal length may vary depending on what is going to do.

you need another C-CS adapter to work with it

because the back focus of C and CS is 5mm different

great! , a simple 1.25" filter in front on camera and is ready... right?, and what do you think about the optic of the lens?
