Nice James ... I see you're getting the kind if ghosting at the west of the planet ... I'm getting that too , do you think its stacking causing it ?

I don't think its stacking, I suspect its due to avi de-rotation in WinJupos. I was using 2min per channel captures. Since these images I've tried shorter runs without de-rotation and I'm not now seeing the problem.

Mine are just 2 minute avi in the 120mc , I'll try 90 seconds next time

I think the main problem is the seeing , if you cant see it good enough to focus , then you cant align it in winJupos , I had some data that Anthony Wesley gave me red green and blue it did not mater how you did it it was great where as the rgbs that I had taken in bad seeing looked like your , stick to 120 seconds with Jupiter , just keep practicing till the good seeing comes
