M66 = 88 x 15s, gain 70%
M101 = 188 x 10s gain 60%, 2x2 binning + drizzle
M97 = 62 x 20s gain 65%
10" f/4.7 Newton, from my light-polluted suburban sky.
M97 and M101 are rather dim. The camera was able to acquire the faint extensions of M66's arms and a bit of its halo with a tiny Celestron 5 in a moderately dark sky, thus it should be possible to get better images from a good site (better S/N ratio and greater surface of these objects).
M97 was veeeeery hard to process :? .
These surprisingly short exposures are primarily due to the noticeable sky background. 20s exposures showed a high amount of light pollution.
