I'm wondering how the ASI120MC would work with a UV pass filter for Venus. I didn't see anything on the web site about its frequency range but saw some nice images taken with the Baader U-Venus filter and probably another camera.
Depends on blue pixels filter characteristics, but it looks bad: http://www.zwoptical.com/products/ASI120/AR0130CS_color.jpg - you would need a mono camera, and probably with a sensors that doesn't loose sensitivity in UV to quickly.
