My new USBST4 adapter is not recognised by Windows XP. The driver loaded fine and the device appears in the ASCOM drop down list when I try to connect with PHD. However Windows just reports that a USB device is not recognised, andit does not appear in the Device Manager. Any ideas?

Tested on 2 differents computer using windows 7.
