PM taking forever to send messages?

Are your PMs taking a really long time to send messages?

My PMs typically stay in my Outbox for several hours before my messages finally get sent. I have three PMs currently in my Outbox for about two hours so far and still stuck there.

Does it happen to you?

Another two hours and my messages are STILL stuck in Outbox. Is the administrator checking our PMs before PMs being sent?
