Can you please figure out a way to remove this approval for your customers? I understand spam is an issue. But this solution slows down the help and makes the forum somehow useless.

I have the same issue after the spam attack the other week, I have to wait 2-3 dsys before any of my comments are approved!
Or, please approve faster.
