My ZWO 8 Pos EFW 1.25” had a bad usb2 connector. I’m a electronic tech so I removed the filter wheel from enclosure and soldered in a new usb jack. I then reinstalled the filter wheel in assembly .NINA immediately saw the EFW and said connected. But it would not go to the correct filter positions! I tried executing the Ascom driver for Zwo again to install the Ascom software. Still wrong filters are selected. Tried re-calibrate EFW with Ascom Zwo, goofy, says it’s done but using it alone goes to wrong filters.
Opened Nina again, selected EFW, connected. But when I chose a filter position (5) filter wheel starts turning goes to a filter number, stops then keeps going to all 8 filters continually, does not stop. Thanks Pat
