I am a ZWO 174MM newbie. I am trying to make full frame lunar images but continue to get little circular 'porthole' shots with FireCapture (latest version). The Moon default is selected.
The scope is a f7 102mm Orion Triplet carbon fibre refractor with thin (17mm) 5-filter wheel, 1.25" Astronomick filter set, Vixen flip-mirror box. The camera is screwed onto the filter wheel which is in turn screwed into the flip-mirror box. That leaves me with about 11mm backfocus to play with. Do I perhaps need 2" wheel/filter set? Sounds very expensive.
