ASIStudio bug

I have installed ASIStudio V1.12.1 2024-09-13 on my linux laptop (linux distro=MAGEIA 9) in order to operate my camera ASI462MC.
The installation seems OK, but ASIStudio doesn't start.
when trying the command line, I get the following error:
/home/jeanlouis/ASIStudio/plugins/bearer/libqconnmanbearer.so: undefined symbol: _ZdlPvm, version Qt_5

Any solution to solve the problem?

Finally, it works provided ASIStudio is launched as root.
Of course, it is not a satisfying solution
