Tech@ZWO There is nothing to develop here, you either do it or you don't. The first question is whether or not the S50 will work reliably in an equatorial orientation, will there be extra wear on the Alt/Az motors and gears? This could be a show stopper if the answer is yes and only ZWO can answer that. If the answer is no, implementing this would be trivial, set the geographical location to the North/South pole and stop blocking the S50 from going to targets below the horizon. That's it, two simple code changes and all you need is an equatorial wedge. I already have two.
