Hello everyone.
I was hoping to image the planet Saturn last night with a friends new ASI224 camera, but unfortunately it was poorly placed by the time clouds cleared here in Melbourne Australia.
Fortunately NGC7009 (the Saturn nebula) was well placed so I imaged it with a C11 + 2x barlow @ 5500mm FL (about 0.13"/pixel).
The attached image is a near full frame at 100% of the best 800x3sec images of 1100 frames taken with Firecapture and stacked with Autostakkert.
I was surprised by the amount of amp glow, but most of it was removed by using a master dark frame in processing.
